Duvon Julius Mathews, a 17-year-old African American male from Columbus, Ohio, tragically lost his life on November 27, 2018. Mathews was involved in an armed robbery at an apartment complex in Columbus, where he and his accomplices planned to rob the resident, Matthew Martin. During the robbery, gunfire erupted between the robbers and Martin, resulting in Mathews being shot.
