Lamont Wilcoxson, a 38-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on August 9, 2021, in Columbus, Ohio. He was found dead inside a residence on Shore Boulevard West, having succumbed to a gunshot wound. The Columbus Police Department responded to the scene at approximately 1:50 PM, and the Columbus Division of Fire pronounced him dead shortly after.
