Deshawn Phillips, a 29-year-old man from Cincinnati, OH, tragically lost his life on December 31, 2018. He was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds on McHenry Avenue in East Westwood, Cincinnati. Despite being rushed to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, Phillips succumbed to his injuries.
