Steven Dewayne Little Brown, a 29-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically passed away on February 20, 2019, in Toledo, Ohio. He was found shot inside an apartment on the 1800 block of Glendale Avenue. The circumstances surrounding his death led to the arrest of 28-year-old Malcolm Walker, who was taken into custody by Northwood police early on the morning of the incident. Walker was later charged with Brown's murder and entered a not guilty plea in court.
