Rashaad Quinn, a 19-year-old man from Toledo, Ohio, was fatally shot on August 1, 2024. The incident occurred inside the Vistula II Heritage Apartments, located in the 600 block of Locust Street in north Toledo. After the shooting, Quinn was rushed to Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center for treatment.
