Javaris D. Russell, a 33-year-old African American man from Warren, Ohio, tragically died on April 12, 2019, from a gunshot wound to the head. He was found in the driveway of an abandoned home in the 2100 block of Colonial Street around 4 p.m. The Trumbull County Coroner’s Office confirmed his death as a result of this gunshot wound.
