Aaron Staggers, a 33-year-old man from Warren, Ohio, was shot to death on February 19, 2019. He was scheduled to appear in court later that day on felony drug charges. Staggers was found dead at the scene of a shooting at 840 Woodbine Ave. SE, where he was one of two men shot inside a house. The other victim, Edwin A. Ortiz Jr., survived and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
