Andre Bello III, a 16-year-old African American male, tragically died on April 24, 2019, in Cleveland, Ohio. He was driving a stolen SUV with six other teenagers when someone fired at the vehicle, hitting him. Andre returned fire with a handgun before the SUV crashed into the side of a house. None of the other teenagers in the SUV were injured. The incident occurred on Andre's 16th birthday.
