Kelli R. Markins, a 42-year-old woman from Pomeroy, Ohio, tragically passed away on July 3, 2019. She died in the Holzer Meigs Emergency Department due to injuries sustained from a homicide. Born on November 11, 1976, in Portsmouth, Ohio, Kelli was a custodian supervisor for Extras Supporting Staff in Parkersburg, West Virginia. She was well-known in her community and was a member of the Pomeroy Eagles #2171 ladies auxiliary.
