Anthony Scartz, a 24-year-old male from Bellefontaine, OH, tragically passed away on November 27, 2019. He was fatally shot during a home invasion incident at a residence on the 600 block of West Columbus Avenue. The incident occurred late at night when three teenagers from Urbana, Ethan Grim , Josiah Bush , and Elijah Barrett , forcibly entered the home.
