Caleb Chamberlin, a 22-year-old male from Bellefontaine, Ohio, tragically passed away on November 27, 2019. Caleb was born on November 8, 1997, and was a 2016 graduate of Bellefontaine High School. He was known for his love of music, camping, hiking, and playing Dungeons & Dragons with his friends.
