Fred Spivey Jr., a 53-year-old man from Green Township, Cincinnati, OH, was found shot to death on April 16, 2020, in the 2400 block of Westwood Northern Boulevard. The Cincinnati Police Department's homicide unit was called to the scene and identified Spivey as the victim.

Authorities believe that Spivey was shot during a confrontation with Tommy Green, a 44-year-old man who was later arrested and charged with Spivey's murder. Green was described as armed and dangerous and was known to ...
