A man is shot while driving On December 26, 2016, Joshua Howard, a 28-year-old Black male, was fatally shot in Cincinnati, Ohio. The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. in the 1200 block of Main Street in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. Howard was found in the driver's seat of his silver BMW 645 convertible with the top down, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
