Samuel Bell, a 28-year-old man from Cleveland, OH, was tragically shot and killed on August 23, 2020. The incident occurred on East 135th Street during an argument. According to the Cleveland Police Department, Bell and another man were involved in a fight over a woman, which escalated when a 27-year-old man shot Bell. In retaliation, Bell's 25-year-old niece shot the 27-year-old man before he was arrested.
