Exavier Lorel Shipley, a 20-year-old Black male from Columbus, Ohio, tragically lost his life on September 4, 2020, after being shot in his car on East Livingston Avenue the previous night. The incident occurred around 8:20 p.m. on September 3, 2020, when Shipley was driving west on East Livingston Avenue and was shot by someone in another vehicle.
