Prince Asare, a 31-year-old Ghanaian man, tragically lost his life on September 17, 2020, in Columbus, Ohio. He was fatally shot in the parking lot of an apartment complex on the Northeast Side of Columbus. The incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. when Asare got into a vehicle crash with Dennis Mensah, a 29-year-old fellow Ghanaian. The argument that ensued over the crash escalated, leading Mensah to shoot Asare.
