Zyiair Zaywoah Sherrer, an 18-year-old African American male from Dayton, Ohio, tragically lost his life on September 22, 2020. He was found with a gunshot wound at the Fountainhead Apartments in Harrison Township, and despite immediate life-saving efforts by deputies, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office initiated an investigation into the incident, but no arrests have been made, and no suspects have been publicly named.
