Nofeir Azaan Cannon, a 15-year-old male from Columbus, OH, tragically lost his life on October 8, 2020. The incident occurred in Mifflin Township, where Cannon was found shot in an alley off Loretta Avenue. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 11:20 p.m. The Franklin County Sheriff's Office reported that Cannon had stolen a vehicle from his family member, 18-year-old Isaiah Tucker. When Tucker discovered Cannon driving the stolen vehicle, he followed him. Cannon attempted to flee on foot, but ...
