Dereon Draper-Robinson, a 15-year-old from Columbus, Ohio, tragically lost his life on July 28, 2023, following a shooting incident that occurred the previous evening. The shooting took place around 6:02 p.m. on July 28 at the intersection of Atcheson Street and North Ohio Avenue. Upon arrival, police found Dereon suffering from gunshot wounds and he was subsequently transported to Grant Medical Center.
