Andrew Peter Hogan, a 25-year-old man from Trotwood, Ohio, tragically died on February 5, 2021, in Dayton, Ohio. Hogan was involved in an incident with Trotwood police officers who responded to a shoplifting complaint at a Speedway gas station on Olive Road. The officers were given a description of the suspect and quickly located a man matching the description walking near the Kensington Apartment Complex.
