Eric N. Raglin, a 30-year-old male from Dayton, Ohio, tragically lost his life on January 31, 2017. Raglin was fatally shot while sitting in a vehicle in the 200 block of Basswood Avenue. The incident occurred when Dayton police officers responded to reports of gunshots being heard in the area. Upon arrival, they discovered Raglin dead inside the vehicle.
