DeMarco Rutledge, a 28-year-old man from Dayton, Ohio, was tragically found shot to death inside his pickup truck on Jerome Avenue on February 13, 2021. The Montgomery County Coroner's Office confirmed that Rutledge was the victim of a homicide, as no shell casings were found at the scene, and a bullet hole was observed in one of the truck's windows.
