Death by Force

Leah Brooke Hines, a 27-year-old woman from Noble, Ohio, tragically lost her life on March 21, 2021. She was fatally shot in the back at her residence on Outpost Road in Belle Valley, Noble County. The Noble County Sheriff’s Office received a call from an individual who discovered Hines unresponsive and suffering from a gunshot wound. Upon arrival, sheriff’s office personnel confirmed her death at the scene.
