Dion Skipper, a 42-year-old man from Columbus, OH, tragically lost his life on April 4, 2021. The incident occurred at the Norwood Inn & Suites on East Dublin Granville Road near Interstate 71. Skipper was pronounced dead at the scene by Columbus Division of Fire medics at 10:02 p.m. The fatal shooting was the result of an escalating argument between Skipper and Bruce Cameron, a 49-year-old man from Dayton. The altercation turned deadly when Cameron produced a gun and shot Skipper.
