Rebecca Jean Rogers, a 38-year-old Canton resident, tragically lost her life on April 16, 2021, after being shot multiple times at a Bob Evans restaurant in Canton, Ohio. Rogers, who was working as a waitress at the time, was attacked by her ex-boyfriend, Richard James Nelson, who entered the restaurant with a gun.
