Timothy Keyser, a 70-year-old Caucasian male, tragically lost his life on March 30, 2017, in Canton, Ohio. Keyser was a friend of Kelly Freshour, 50, and Cheyenne Calderon, 20, who were also killed in the incident. The suspect, identified as 21-year-old Tres Peterson, was the ex-fiancé of Calderon. Peterson, who was in the US Army Reserve, entered the home through an unlocked door and shot and killed all three victims inside a first-floor bedroom before taking his own life in the dining room.
