Paul D. Jeter, a 58-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically passed away on May 22, 2019, in Canton, Ohio. He was found in the 1300 block of Spring Avenue NE with a bullet wound to the head. His death was ruled a homicide, and the Canton Police Department launched an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding his death.
