Shontell N. Rose, a 44-year-old Lakewood resident, was tragically shot to death in his apartment on May 2, 2021. The incident occurred around 9:22 a.m. when officers responded to a disturbance call at an apartment building near Elmwood Avenue and Madison Avenue.
