On 02/28/1997, the Lakewood Police Department responded to 15010 Madison Avenue(Apartment #206) on the report that a male was found unresponsive inside his apartment. Officers investigating at the scene were able to determine that the resident, an Iraqi male named Faud Alabsi, who was 34 years old, had been shot several times and was dead at the scene.
