Adrian Cook, a 19-year-old male from Dayton, OH, tragically lost his life on May 17, 2021, following a shooting incident at a gas station in the Germantown Street area. The incident occurred around 10:14 p.m. when officers responded to reports of a shooting at the Shell gas station on Germantown Street near South Gettysburg Avenue.
