On July 26, 2011, 18-year-old DaVontae Raglin was shot while standing on the porch of a house located on N. Paul Laurence Dunbar Street in Dayton, Ohio. The incident occurred in the afternoon when Raglin, along with another individual, was targeted by shots fired from a vehicle.
