James Delaney, age 29, was murdered on June 26, 2006, in Dayton, Ohio. The incident occurred while Delaney was sitting in his red over silver Chevy truck, which had the company name "Sure Green Irrigation Company" on the side, in front of 129 North Garland Avenue. The circumstances of the incident suggest that Delaney may have had an argument with individuals prior to the shooting.
