Carl Carroll, a 38-year-old man from Columbus, Ohio, tragically died on May 23, 2021, after being shot. The incident occurred early Sunday morning when Columbus police officers were following a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed toward Mount Carmel in Franklinton.
