Death by Force

Avis Thompson, a 35-year-old man from Cleveland, Ohio, tragically lost his life to gun violence on June 17, 2021. The incident occurred near the 9000 block of Holton Avenue, where police responded to reports of "unknown trouble" just before 2 a.m. Upon arrival, they found Thompson bleeding from the face, and despite efforts by EMS, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner determined that Thompson suffered a gunshot wound to the head.
