Galevon Beauchamp, a 16-year-old African American male from Cincinnati, OH, tragically lost his life on June 21, 2021. Beauchamp was shot while using a crosswalk near a retail store in the Avondale neighborhood. He was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center but succumbed to his injuries three days later on June 24, 2021.
The incident led to the arrest of four teenagers, aged between 14 and 17, who were charged with Beauchamp's murder. Cincinnati police announced the arrests
