Santino Wilson, a 39-year-old African American man from Cleveland, OH, was tragically shot and killed on July 5, 2021. Wilson was an innocent bystander caught in the crossfire of a shooting that took place in front of a convenience store at 7515 Kinsman Rd. According to Cleveland police, Wilson was struck in the chest as he dove for cover behind a guardrail. Despite being rushed to University Hospitals, Wilson succumbed to his injuries.
