Tyler Christopher West, a 22-year-old male from Maple Heights, Ohio, tragically died on July 7, 2021, from a gunshot wound to his back. He was found inside a vehicle that had crashed into the front porch of a home on Clement Street. West was transported to Marymount Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. Two other males who were in the car with West were not injured.
