Charthrice Warren, a 41-year-old woman from Toledo, Ohio, tragically lost her life on July 18, 2021. She was shot in the head during an early morning shooting at the Glass House Lounge in north Toledo. Warren was rushed to the hospital but was pronounced dead upon arrival. The Lucas County Coroner's Office confirmed that her death was a result of the gunshot wound.
