Shawn Jackson, a 40-year-old man from Toledo, OH, tragically died on August 14, 2021, after being shot multiple times. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning in the 700 block of Maywood Avenue, following a fight at the Perch House bar. Jackson was found at the scene suffering from gunshot wounds and was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
