Christopher D. Sayers Jr., a 24-year-old man from Elyria, Ohio, tragically died on January 30, 2022, following a shooting incident in LaGrange, Ohio. The incident occurred in the 17200 block of Whitehead Road, where Sayers was found shot in the chest and pronounced dead at the scene after lifesaving efforts were made. The shooting took place after a child custody exchange, and it was determined that all individuals involved were known to each other, indicating that it was not a random act.
