Tara Anell Howard-Muhammad, a 44-year-old Black woman from Cleveland, OH, tragically passed away on May 6, 2022. She was born on May 8, 1977, in Oberlin, OH, and was a dedicated advocate for children through Voices For Children. Tara was also a notary, former home health aide, and a member of several organizations, including the African Nation Gun Club and New Era.
