Joseph A. Andrews Jr., a 19-year-old male from Mansfield, Ohio, tragically passed away on May 26, 2022. He was found fatally shot in the 300 block of Jennings Avenue early that morning. The Mansfield Division of Police responded to the scene after receiving a call about a man down. Upon arrival, they discovered Andrews' body with a firearm nearby and other evidence indicating a shooting had occurred.
