Frances Mae Black, an 87-year-old African American woman from Cleveland, Ohio, passed away on May 31, 2022, at her residence in East Cleveland. According to reports, Frances was accidentally shot by her 54-year-old daughter in the city’s Mount Pleasant neighborhood. The daughter claimed that the shooting was accidental.
