Jamar Higgs, a 35-year-old man from Cincinnati, Ohio, tragically died on July 3, 2022, from a gunshot wound. He was found suffering from the injury in the 2800 block of Harrison Avenue in Westwood, Cincinnati, and was pronounced dead at the scene by the Cincinnati Fire Department.
