Robert Hall Jr., a 31-year-old male from Cleveland, OH, tragically lost his life on September 8, 2022. The incident occurred when Hall was shot and killed in Cleveland. The investigation revealed that the suspect, Bertram Hicks, 30, allegedly shot Hall and then fled the scene. Hicks was later arrested in Wisconsin by the U.S. Marshals Service's Eastern Wisconsin Fugitive Task Force. Hicks had been on the run and was found in a vehicle that had crashed into a pole.
