On May 30, 2023, at approximately 5:15 p.m., 34-year-old Joshua Aaron Kutscher was fatally shot on Norwood Road, just south of Bonna Avenue, in Cleveland's St. Clair-Superior neighborhood. Officers arrived to find Kutscher on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds to his legs. He was transported to University Hospitals, where he was pronounced dead.
