In the early morning hours of May 8, 2013, the life of 29-year-old Christopher Stinson, a male Navy veteran, was tragically cut short on Detroit's northwest side. Known to his loved ones as 'Bam,' Stinson was walking home from a Citgo gas station located at 17110 Lasher Road, near Six Mile. The incident occurred on Lasher Road, somewhere between Grand River Avenue and West McNichols.
