Tom Neil, a male of unspecified ethnicity, tragically died on November 13, 1906, in Asheville, North Carolina. His death was part of a violent rampage carried out by an escaped convict named Will Harris. Harris had a long criminal history, including a previous murder of a police officer. After escaping from prison yet again, Harris traveled to Asheville, where he went on a killing spree.
