Richard Dorian Dickie Goodman, an American music and record producer, was born on April 19, 1934, in Brooklyn, New York. He is best known for inventing the "break-in" recording technique, which involved using brief clips of popular songs to create comedic novelty records. Unfortunately, Dickie Goodman passed away on November 6, 1989, at the age of 55, in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
