Joni S. Railey, a 51-year-old woman of Caucasian ethnicity, tragically lost her life on May 22, 2005, in Randolph, North Carolina. The circumstances surrounding her death were investigated as a homicide, but despite thorough efforts, the case remains unsolved. Law enforcement agencies, including the Randolph County Sheriff's Office, have continued to seek information from the public in hopes of uncovering new leads.
